Everyone Loves Me Story
As Yue Qianling (played by Zhou Ye) resigns from her job, she encounters her crush, Gu Xun (played by Lin Yi), who happens to be the newly appointed head of the ninth business unit. Struck by this unexpected meeting, Yue Qianling decides to return to the company and boldly pursues Gu Xun. However, Gu Xun responds coldly to her advances, even going as far as rejecting her confession in front of their colleagues.
Unbeknownst to Yue Qianling, Gu Xun has already developed feelings for an online persona named “Nuomi Xiaomahua,” whom he admires for her tough and sassy personality. Little does he realize that Nuomi Xiaomahua is actually Yue Qianling herself, using a pseudonym. When the truth is eventually revealed, Gu Xun finds himself in a humorous and exciting situation where he must embark on a “reverse pursuit” to win Yue Qianling’s heart, leading to a series of comedic and romantic encounters between the two characters.
